Mansoura 6 — New Administrative Capital
Abnaa Sinai completed the construction of 293 buildings — including electrical works — for the Mansoura 6 project in 18 months, delivered on time and within budget. The project involved residential, commercial, and industrial buildings equipped with state-of-the-art electrical systems including solar panels and LED lighting.
Gaza Strip Redevelopment
Abnaa Sinai reconstructed parts of the Gaza Strip devastated by conflict, including the Beit Lahia Corniche (a seaside road of 1,774 metres) and 117 residential buildings under the Dar Misr project in Al Zahraa, Jabalia, and Beit Lahia. Scope also covered electricity networks, excavation and replacement works, communications, flooring, and transformation works — all delivered on time and within budget.

Ville Resort — Sharm El Sheikh
Abnaa Sinai was commissioned to develop a hotel complex in Sharm El Sheikh. The first phase involved the construction of 52 villas ranging in size from 700 to 2,400 square metres. The second phase saw the development of an additional 102 villas.
